We can assist federal and state employees, or contractors for those agencies, who wish to make known illegal or unethical decisions imposed by political appointees. That assistance might range from referrals to national whistleblower organizations, such as The Government Accountability Project, and temporary financial support, to forwarding anonymous tips to local or national media, and even anonymous distribution of leaked documents or directives to assure the public’s right to know. In early 2025, The Guardrail Society assisted with concerns for violations such as the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) The Antiquities Act, Native American treaty violations and regulations to implement those.

Confidential in-person meetings can be arranged through this website, or by other means to assure anonymity, such as third-party referrals. Regular commercial email correspondence and cellphone calls are not advisable to maintain confidentiality. A secure non-digital phone line may be available.
