Say “I will stop Trump”
What did you expect when we elected a criminal? The dictator is, and was at the time he was elected, a convict. Were the prosecutors bringing the case against him doing it for political reasons? Possibly. But he was convicted by a jury of his peers, both Democrats and Republicans, and as we know, the convict who boasts of his great wealth hired the best possible lawyers, people who have always defended him. But rightly or wrongly, our judicial system determined that even though guilty, he should not be jailed and would be allowed to assume the presidency. If he learned anything from the ordeal of being tried and convicted, it is that he can get away with anything.
As the famously dark former First Lady urged at the Democratic Party Convention in 2024, “Do SOMETHING!” You are not powerless. What can you do? Lots of things, such as those suggestions at this website. Even the following small gesture will have an enormous effect: Every morning as you wake up still in bed, raise your hand and affirm loudly “I will stop Trump.” Anyone can do that. There are more than 300 million U.S. citizens. Each of us has a duty, a patriotic duty, to work against the power-hungry president who admires dictators.
